These General Booking Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between BERAICH GESTION HOSTELERA SL (hereinafter, referred to as Hotel & Thalasso Villa Antilla) and the client for the contract made through the reservation form and which Hotel & Thalasso Villa Antilla provides at www.villaantilla.com.
Hotel & Thalasso Villa Antilla reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in these General Booking Terms and Conditions.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Indication of prices: Each reservation offered will have its price indicated and if it includes VAT or any other applicable tax. The prices indicated on the screen will be those in force at all times.
Contracting procedure: When completing the reservation service, the user will receive a confirmation email with all the reservation details at the address provided.
All reservations made in our online store (getaways, programs, gift vouchers, etc.) have the condition of a non-refundable rate since they have advantageous discounts
Cancellation of the reservation: The following cancellation policies will be applied:
– Non-refundable rate: the payment is made when making the reservation and is not returned
due to cancellation, modification or “no-show“.
– Free cancellation rate: Cancellation without charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival,
subject to prior communication to the hotel.
– Refundable rate up to 72 hours: Cancellation without charge up to 72 hours before arrival. For the refundable rate up to 72 hours: In case of "no-show", without prior notification, the amount of one night will be charged to the customer's credit card and the reservation will be canceled.
Check-in: Presential check-in can be done until 8:00pm, online check-in can be done 24 hours a day. Rooms are guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. Also, check-out must be done before 12:00pm.
Payment Methods:
For the Free Cancellation Rate and Refundable Rate up to 72 hours before arrival: The reservation holder's credit card details are requested as a guarantee.
For Non-refundable Rate: The total payment of the stay will be made at the time of booking, by credit card.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE RESERVATION
Hotel & Thalasso Villa Antilla treats the personal data collected in the reservation form for the management of the requested reservation.
The legal basis that allows Hotel & Thalasso Villa Antilla to process your data is the contractual relationship and the application of pre-contractual measures that allow the management of the requested reservation.
The data provided in the reservation forms are communicated to the reservation engine service providers of the Hotel & Thalasso Villa Antilla solely and exclusively to carry out said services. Hotel & Thalasso Villa Antilla requests its suppliers to apply the same degree of information protection applied by Hotel & Thalasso Villa Antilla.
The client may exercise the rights of access, modification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability of their data at direccion@villaantilla.com.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any litigation derived from them, the contracting parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Donostia-San Sebastián.
